Las Chapas

Las Chapas is a small residential area located between Elviria and Cabopino, only 20 minutes´ drive to the centre of Marbella town. As most of the areas located within this part of the Coast, Las Chapas is split in two – beachside ( Carib Playa) and mountain side.

Carib Playa is conveniently located within a few minutes´ walk to Cabopino and Marbesa.

This urbanization is an ideal location for those looking for a relaxing holiday with everything on their doorstep, having a big choice of  golden sandy beaches, restaurants (chiringuitos) and sports activities.

Within Las Chapas you can find apartments and houses available for sale as well as the popular urbanization “Hacienda Las Chapas” made up of luxury villas.

There are various local supermarkets  on the lower part of the urbanization and a tapas bar & a small grocery shop located on the higher part  of Las Chapas within the complex “La Reserva de Marbella”. This is a great facility for people owning a property there.
